- Prepare Your Lens: Carefully remove the lens from the blister pack and place it on your clean fingertip.
- Inspect the Lens: Ensure the lens is free of any debris or damage.
Insertion:
- Gently Place the Lens: Position your non-dominant hand on your eyelid to hold it open.
- Align the Lens: Use your dominant hand to bring the lens close to your eye.
- Blink and Adjust: Blink gently to help the lens settle into place. If needed, use your eyelid to adjust the lens.
Removal:
- Break the Seal: Gently break the seal between the lens and your eye using your index finger.
- Gently Pinch: Pinch the lens between your thumb and index finger.
- Remove Carefully: Lift the lens away from your eye, avoiding pulling on your eyelid.
Lens Care:
- Clean Your Lenses: Use a lens solution to clean and disinfect your lenses as directed by the manufacturer.
- Store Properly: Store your lenses in a clean lens case filled with fresh solution.
- Replace Regularly: Replace your lenses as recommended by your eye care professional.
